DELIVERY CHARGES

Milton Keynes:

Total order value excludes delivery charge.

  • Total order value up to £25 = £3
  • Total order value £25 – £50 = £1
  • You are allowed to include up to two bags of either flour or rice only. If there are more than two bags, the delivery charge will be £3.

  • Total order value above £50 = Free (you are allowed to include up to two bags of flour or rice only. If there are more than two, the delivery charge will be £3.
  • If you need several bags of rice or flour please contact us on 01908 564 848 or via email and we will do our best to offer you a better deal regarding delivery charges.

    Rest of the UK (outside Milton Keynes)

    Total order value excludes delivery charge.

    The delivery charge of £7.99 displayed at checkout, will allow a parcel weighing up to 27kg AND within specific sizes of the box or packaging, within the UK. If your order is within these criteria your payment will be processed and the parcel will be despatched.

    If your order does not meet these criteria, you will receive an email after your order has been received, confirming your delivery charge and requesting your approval to process the order. When we receive your response via email to proceed with the order only then your payment transaction will be processed and the parcel will be despatched. No payment will be processed without your confirmation via email. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.

    We reserve the right to amend these charges and minimum spend requirements, which are clearly defined during the checkout process.

    Outside the UK

    Delivery charges outside the UK are based upon your location, weight of the goods and dimensions of the parcel. You will receive a call or email from Bazaar Foods to confirm your delivery charge before despatching. Alternatively, you can contact us before placing your order to discuss further.

    You will receive an email after your order has been received, confirming your delivery charge and requesting your approval to process the order. When we receive your response via email to proceed with the order only then your payment transaction will be processed and the parcel will be despatched. No payment will be processed without your confirmation via email. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.

    As we are not able to deliver to all countries worldwide we have the right to cancel orders to specific countries.

    Returns/Exchange of items in Milton Keynes

    We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices. We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.

    If you are not satisfied with an item simply give the item to the driver at time of delivery.

    If you find that an item is faulty you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You must have your sales invoice/receipt. Please call and let us know within 7 days.

    With regards to fresh fruit, vegetables, frozen or chilled products, these items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. The customer is responsible to check these items at time of delivery. If they are not satisfied, they can return it to the driver at time of delivery and the customer will not be charged unless it is an item which has been especially ordered from our suppliers.

    Returns/Exchanges of items in REST OF UK (OUTSIDE MILTON KEYNES)

    We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices. We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.

    Any complaints must be communicated via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the order.

    We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products by recorded delivery and the products will be inspected. This may require the product having to be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for inspection. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.

    We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We also recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products not received at our warehouse.

    Lost parcels must be reported within 7 days of the despatch date or we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

    If you find your products to be damaged in transit, you must report this within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via email at bazaarfoods@hotmail.com or call on 01908 564 848.

    DELIVERY / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

    Delivery Schedule for Milton Keynes

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Select a time slot at checkout. This will be confirmed by Bazaar Foods via email or phone after the order has been received.
  • We endeavour to deliver your order within 1 business day. However, delivery can be between 1 to 5 business days, which would be agreed with the customer.
  • For Same day or Next day delivery your order must be received by 12pm. If your order is received after 12pm and you require same day delivery please call us and we will try to meet your requirements.
  • If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, Bazaar Foods will call you to arrange an alternative delivery time and you will be charged twice for the delivery charge.
  • With regards to order & collect, if you fail to collect your order by the agreed time, your order will be cancelled and this can affect future orders placed by yourself. Alternatively, please call us to avoid cancellation.
  • Delivery Schedule for rest of UK (outside of Milton Keynes)

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
  • If delivery is required on a Saturday there will be additional charge for this.
  • We endeavour to deliver within 2 days. However, some orders can take up to 7 days, in this case the customer will receive an email from Bazaar Foods to confirm delivery schedule.
  • Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
  • Currently frozen items cannot be delivered as all parcels are sent via a courier company overnight.
  • If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay delivery charges and any additional costs incurred by Bazaar Foods.
  • Deliveries outside the UK

    Frozen items cannot be delivered. If you do include a frozen item in your order we will inform you by email. You will have the option to cancel your order at this stage.

    Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is advisable that you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    You will be advised of delivery time by email before the parcel is despatched.

    If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay delivery charges and any additional costs incurred by Bazaar Foods. If the products are not returned back to Bazaar Foods, no amounts will be refunded.
