The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate. We have tried to provide as much detailed information for the products. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergens it is your responsibility to contact us with your query and we will do our best to help you. If the relevant information is not available then you will be responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly to discuss your dietary requirements. Where a product does not mention allergen or dietary information you must contact us prior to ordering that item.

Descriptions and specifications of products available on this website are taken directly from the products packaging.

We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

The price of the products will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

HOW TO ORDER

There are 3 ways to shop at Bazaar Foods.

3. Order & Collect: www.bazaarfoods.co.uk – Simply select this option at the checkout.

We will confirm receipt of your order by an automated e-mail to the address you have provided. You will then receive another email to confirm if your items are in stock or not. If an item is out of stock we will recommend an alternative product which you can purchase or cancel.

If you wish to see a product before deciding to purchase it, just select the item as normal when placing your order and state the items for viewing in the comments box during the checkout stage. At time of delivery you can view the item and if you do not wish to purchase it, simply return it back to the driver.This option is only available for deliveries in Milton Keynes.

Fresh Vegetables or fruit

Fresh vegetables are received on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. As some products are seasonal they will not be available all year round. For example, Indian mangoes, Lychees, chikoo.

Orders for ‘Mithai’s / Indian Sweets

Fresh Indian sweets are delivered every week on Wednesday or Thursday depending on supplier. They can be refrigerated for a number of days which is for you to decide.

Some sweets have a short shelf life such as fresh Rasmalai. Therefore, this has to be pre-ordered as this item is not stored.

All Mithais/Indian sweets are produced on premises where nuts, peanuts, milk, wheat, etc are handled as these are common essential ingredients used in these products. Some items may not contain any of the allergy ingredients however, cross contamination is highly likely as these products are often handmade and on the same premises. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking any ingredients or allergens directly with the company manufacturing the products. Orders placed for Fresh Mithai/Indian sweets, food or catering cannot be cancelled. Payment will be processed before the order is processed.

Order & Collect

If you need an order urgently or do not wish to pay delivery charges, you can select ‘Order & Collect’ at the checkout. Please call to check your order is ready before arrival.

AMENDMENTS TO ORDER

If you’ve forgotten something, or need to make changes to your order, no problem! You can amend your order up to 9pm the night before your delivery. You can email your amendments to: bazaarfoods@hotmail.com

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Milton Keynes

If you wish to cancel your order this must be communicated via email (bazaarfoods@hotmail.com) and must be received by 12.00pm at least one day before delivery or collection to avoid any charge being made.

Any item(s) that has been pre-ordered to fulfil your order cannot be cancelled and your payment will not be refunded for that item(s).

Rest of UK (outside of Milton Keynes)

If you wish to cancel your order this must be communicated via email (bazaarfoods@hotmail.com) and must be received by 12.00pm at least two days before delivery or collection to avoid any charge being made.

Any item(s) that has been pre-ordered to fulfil your order cannot be cancelled and your payment will not be refunded for that item(s).

If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at: Bazaar Foods, 99 Caxton Court, Garamonde Drive, Wymbush, Milton Keynes, MK8 8DD.

The products must be returned in the same condition they were sent and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service as we cannot be responsible for products not received at our warehouse.

You cannot cancel your order once you have opened any products or used the products.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made online. We accept most major debit and credit cards. Payment must be made before your order is despatched. American Express is currently not accepted. If your order is to be delivered in Milton Keynes and you wish to make payment by cash, please call before delivery is despatched on 01908 564848 to discuss further.

  • Weighed items such as fruit may vary in weight from that ordered.

  • If you are uncertain about a product you have the choice to view it prior to purchasing it.This option is only available for deliveries in the area of Milton Keynes.
  • Images are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly the pack you receive.
  • If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will carefully select an alternative product, which you will have the option to purchase or return to the driver at the time of delivery only. This service is only available for deliveries in the area of Milton Keynes.
  • If your order is delivered outside Milton Keynes, you will be informed by email of any alternative products and prices, before the goods are despatched. You will then need to confirm by email if you would like to accept the alternative products or not. You will also have the option to cancel the order at this stage.
